Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Associate, your main role will be to serve customers by assisting them in selecting products, driving sales through engaging customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. You will also be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly manner. Key Responsibilities: - Maximize the sale of Audio/Video Products at the store to ensure optimum customer satisfaction. - Achieve sales goals in relation to the store target. - Evaluate customers' requirements by following the Bose customer engagement standards to provide the best solutions. - Demonstrate excellence in theater show presentations and product demonstrations to walk-in customers following a predefined script. - Maintain store hygiene, presentability, and ensure the functioning of products on display. - Manage external vendors such as Mall management team, SIS partners, logistics, and stationary vendors on a daily basis. - Handle pre and post-sales customer escalations and queries. - Respond to customer emails within 24 hours from receipt following the guidance provided by the supervisor. - Interact with cross-functional departments for operational support.
