Demonstration Specialist

As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be serving customers by assisting them in selecting products, driving sales through engaging with customers, suggesting additional products, and sharing your knowledge about the products available. You will play a key role in greeting and welcoming customers to create a positive shopping experience. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate with 0-4 years of experience. Your key responsibilities will include maximizing the sale of Audio/Video Products in the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. You will need to evaluate customers" requirements following the Bose customer engagement standards and provide them with the best solutions. A crucial aspect of your role will involve delivering theater show presentations and product demonstrations to walk-in customers according to a predefined script. You will also be responsible for maintaining store hygiene and the presentability and functioning of products on display. Additionally, you will be managing external vendors such as Mall management teams, SIS partners, logistics partners, and stationary vendors on a daily basis. Handling pre and post-sales customer escalations and queries will also be part of your duties. It is essential to respond to customer emails within 24 hours of receiving them, following the guidance provided by your supervisor. Collaborating with cross-functional departments for operational support is another aspect of your role. Your success in this position will be greatly influenced by your adaptability, communication skills, ability to contribute to team success, and customer orientation.,
