Key Responsibilities: Demo Sessions Presentations: Conduct demo sessions for parents and students, showcasing the benefits of NxtWave s NIAT product and how it prepares students for high-paying tech roles. Present the value proposition clearly, emphasizing the program s potential to boost future career prospects in the tech industry. Consultative Sales Approach: Engage with parents and students to understand their aspirations and needs, guiding them toward making informed decisions about enrolling in NIAT. Provide personalized counseling to students and parents on the long-term career advantages of joining the program. Enrollment Conversion: Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by maintaining demo session attendees into program enrolments conversion %. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families, ensuring a positive experience from the demo session to enrollment. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support throughout the enrollment process. Feedback Improvement: Gather feedback from parents and students post-demo sessions to continually improve the effectiveness of presentations and engagement strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to guide stakeholders toward making decisions. Fluency inEnglish, along with proficiency inHindi Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving high conversion rates. Knowledge of the tech industry and education trends is a plus.
