Demo Engineer

As a Demo Engineer at Pega, your role is to paint pictures that help tell a compelling story for customers. You will demonstrate how the platform simplifies solving complex problems for the world's largest companies, with the goal of revolutionizing how customers do business. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with dynamic team members globally to rapidly create prototypes for next-generation applications in various industries. - Design innovative features and visionary prototypes for reuse within the organization. - Ensure demos highlight critical product differentiators with your technical expertise. - Become an acknowledged expert in designated areas. - Contribute your expertise to communities within the organization. - Stay updated with the latest technologies to continuously explore, evaluate, and adopt them. Qualifications Required: - Proven ability to creatively prototype solutions rapidly. - Experience in delivering projects in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills to create consensus and instill confidence. - Developed complex applications and explained them to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to learn and integrate emerging technologies quickly, including AI and cloud services. - Knowledgeable in front-end development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; React experience is a plus. - 2-3 years of experience with Pega certifications, including CSA and CSSA.
