We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate, skilled Demi Chef de Partie to elevate our Continental offerings. What You'll Do: As a DCDP – Continental, you'll be a key member of our kitchen brigade, contributing to high-quality food production and creative plating that enhances our guest experience. Your role includes: Preparing and presenting a range of Continental dishes with precision and consistency. Supporting the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are strictly maintained. Training and mentoring Commis-level chefs. Assisting in inventory checks, mise-en-place, and kitchen organization. Taking initiative in new dish development and kitchen improvement. Who You Are: We're looking for someone who brings more than just technical skills to the table. You should be: Experienced with at least 3 years in a Continental kitchen environment. Well-versed in cooking techniques like grilling, sautéing, baking, and sauce preparation. Knowledgeable about international food trends, basic nutrition, and flavor balance. Organized, efficient, and clean in work habits. Able to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
