Job Description

As a Demand Planning Specialist at Rehlko Power Systems (RPS) Aftermarket Parts, you will play a crucial role in managing the Demand Planning process under the supervision of the Manager, Operations Aftermarket Parts. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the rolling 12-month demand plan for all existing and future new parts. - Conducting demand review meetings with Channel / Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations to capture adjustments with logical reasoning. - Balancing inputs with key market data and business indicators to reach an unconstrained demand plan for Rehlko Power Systems Aftermarket Parts. - Collecting, inputting, and maintaining planning for directional leadership in Demand Planning, including the development of the unconstrained demand plan. - Maintaining and reporting on demand plan accuracy, conducting root cause analysis on key drivers to error rates for continuous improvement. - Controlling all master data related to forecasting in SAP and managing adjustments based on unique events, new product introductions, and sales movement. - Supporting the go-live of a future supply chain solution and providing key performance measures for high-level decisions. - Loading the final approved sales plan monthly and documenting key changes from the prior month. - Supporting end-of-life planning for products and reviewing obsolete and excess inventory regularly. Qualifications required for this role include: - Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree in supply chain preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI). - Experience using Demand Planning Software, preferably KINAXIS. - Experience in operations and demand planning, statistical tools application within demand planning, and ERP utilization, preferably SAP. - Effective communication and meeting facilitation skills. - Proactive, positive attitude, goal-driven, and analytical mindset. - Strong problem-solving skills, research capabilities, and ability to multi-task in a high-energy environment. Work Mode: Hybrid 2-3 days a week in the office Location: 200 Twin Oaks Road Kohler WI 50344 Travel: 10% travel within the US Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring new or transfer visa sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this position is $59,250.00-$74,050.00. The specific salary rate offered may vary based on experience, education, and work location.
