Demand Planner

As the Forecasting Analyst at our company, your primary responsibility will be to handle all forecasting activities related to customers and products across all brands and channels. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining forecasting models that leverage business intelligence and data gathered from various teams such as sales, marketing, and new product development. Your key responsibilities include: - Supporting the end-to-end forecasting process for different brands and channels - Reviewing historical sales trends and researching demand drivers - Preparing forecast data, developing statistical models, and evaluating forecast results - Coordinating cross-functional research activities to refine forecast models - Reporting demand plan and KPIs to Senior and executive management - Collaborating with sales, marketing, and NPD teams to understand demand forecast drivers - Providing input to Supply Planning for inventory strategies and volume planning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your role will focus on: - Availability risks and opportunities - Freshness of the product for the end customer - Forecast accuracy and bias - Continuous improvement of forecast systems and methods Qualifications Required: - Graduate / MBA in Operations/Supply Chain Management Skills and Expertise Required: - Bachelor's degree in business analytics or any field of engineering - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel - Solid understanding of demand planning and inventory management - Strong statistical skills - Preferable experience in startups Should you join our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory management to meet the demands of our customers effectively.,
