Role Overview

Demand Generation Associate

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold/warm calls to US-based prospects
Generate qualified leads and set up meetings for the business development team
Research target accounts and update CRM with accurate contact details
Build rapport with decision-makers and introduce our BIM and engineering services
Follow up on leads via calls (minimal chat/email involved)

What We’re Looking For

Excellent spoken English and confident phone presence
Experience in US cold calling or B2B telesales preferred
Strong research and lead qualification skills
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
