Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demand Field Executive located in Ghaziabad. The Demand Field Executive will be responsible for overseeing field operations, maintaining customer relationships, gathering market intelligence, and executing growth strategies. The candidate will work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive demand and ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining customer relationships and effective coordination with teams
• Experience in gathering market intelligence and data analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Demonstrated ability to execute growth strategies and meet sales targets
• Needs to be number driven and goal oriented
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry - EVs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
