Role Overview: As a resource manager, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with project managers and department heads to identify resource requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects. You will evaluate project timelines, budgets, and resource constraints to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Additionally, you will maintain a comprehensive overview of available resources, conduct resource capacity planning, track and report on resource utilization, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and balance competing priorities. Implementing and maintaining resource management tools and processes will also be a key part of your role.
