Delivery Rider – Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Pickup & Delivery: Collect items from stores or pickup points and deliver them to customers within the assigned area.
• Timely Service: Follow routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate politely with customers, handle basic queries, and resolve delivery-related issues.
• App Updates: Accurately update pickup and delivery status using the mobile app.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the bike/scooty is clean and in good working condition.
• Safety Compliance: Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines at all times.
• Team Coordination: Stay in touch with operations and support teams for smooth deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid two-wheeler (bike/scooty) with license and registration.
• Good knowledge of local areas and routes.
• Basic smartphone knowledge to use delivery applications.
• Physically fit to handle delivery tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
