You are an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager (Delivery Manager) with a strong background in Domestic IT Contract Staffing and Product/Service Hiring within the technology sector. Joining the Horizontal Talent team in Bangalore, you will be pivotal in developing and managing client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored workforce solutions for growth opportunities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming trusted advisors who understand and anticipate their staffing needs. - Collaborate closely with the Recruiting Team to provide customized staffing solutions that meet both the clients" immediate needs and long-term business objectives. - Proactively generate requirements through research, existing client relationships, and networking. - Negotiate contracts, billing rates, and service agreements with client managers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while meeting company margin objectives. - Oversee the timely delivery of staffing services, ensuring quality and efficiency. Continuously monitor client satisfaction and retention by addressing needs and exceeding expectations. - Keep abreast of industry trends and market demands to better serve clients and remain competitive in the evolving staffing landscape. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, fostering strong relationships, and maintaining regular communication with clients. - A minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, client relations, and delivery in the technology staffing or staffing industry. - Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements within the IT, Digital, and Business Strategy sectors. - Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a talent for establishing rapport with both clients and candidates. - Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to secure long-term client partnerships and favorable contract terms. - Proven track record of meeting business growth and performance targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment. - Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.,
