We serve a wide customer base through B2B and B2C channels, ensuring timely and safe delivery of high-quality drinking water. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Fulfillment: Oversee end-to-end operations of B2B and B2C order fulfillment across all regions. Ensure timely delivery of 20L bubble top cans and premium glass water bottles. Monitor daily dispatch schedules and coordinate across departments to meet customer demands. 2. Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Plan and manage the logistics network, including last-mile delivery, fleet management, route optimization, and cost efficiency. Maintain healthy inventory levels and reduce wastage and pilferage. Coordinate with transport vendors and internal drivers for smooth delivery execution. 3. Hub & Godown Management: Supervise all operational hubs/godowns including inventory handling, inward and outward movement of stock, cleanliness, and safety protocols. Ensure proper documentation, stock audits, and compliance with company standards. 4. Team Management: Lead, train, and manage a team of delivery personnel, loaders, godown incharges, and hub coordinators. Develop performance metrics and ensure team accountability and efficiency. 5. Process Optimization & Reporting: Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements. Generate and analyze daily/weekly/monthly operational reports to drive efficiency. Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Customer Support, and Finance to ensure seamless operations.
