Role & responsibilities

Leading large-scale operations (100+ FTEs)
Strategic process management & continuous improvement
Stakeholder & client communications
Quality & compliance oversight
Coaching & team development
Familiarity with WideOrbit/media scheduling tools
Exposure to video/audio ad platforms
BCP planning & cross-functional leadership
Experience in automation/efficiency programs
Internal reporting tools and dashboards
Client process workflow
CI & audit documentation practices
Client expectation mapping frameworks
Lead operations for 100+ member team; ensure SLA, quality, and cost efficiency
Drive stakeholder alignment, client engagement, and performance coaching
Implement process improvements, automation, and quality initiatives
Support cross-functional teams; ensure compliance and risk governance
Represent delivery function in client visits, reviews, and audits
