About You experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Minimum 2 yearsof experience, as a Scrum Master.
Strong understanding ofAgile and Scrum frameworks, with exposure toScaled Agile (SAFe)environments a plus.
Working knowledge in any integration tools (Bhoomi/MuleSoft)and related project coordination.
Proficiency inJira and Confluencefor sprint management and reporting.
Proven ability to drive Agile adoption and team performance improvement.
Experience working onintegration, API-led, or middlewareprojects.Familiarity withDevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

It would be great if you also had

Certification in Scrum Master (CSM / PSM I or II).

What will you do in this role?

Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile principles to improve delivery efficiency, collaboration, and process maturity.
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs while tracking sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity).
Coordinate with integration and middleware teams to align dependencies and deliverables with sprint and release goals.
Ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment through effective communication, risk management, and reporting via Jira and Confluence.
