Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against milestones.
Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive stakeholder management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-8 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruitment with a focus on C2C/US IT Recruitment/US IT Staffing/Engineering/Staff Augmentation.
Proven track record of delivering successful projects as an implementation partner or similar role.
