Job description - Contract staffing Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts Work with designated Customers and Recruiting team to identify open needs, qualifying those needs, presenting top candidates, and providing candidate interview feedback Revenue generation, P/L management / Stake holder management Strong expressed in domestic contract and permanent staffing Worked with Top service and product based clients Drive placements, oversee contract negotiations and agreements to maximize profit Assist recruiting team with daily and weekly submits Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet quotas Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly results and annual forecasts) Prepare reports on account status for internal stakeholders Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
