Delivery Manager – Digital Projects

We're looking for a Delivery Manager to take ownership of planning, resourcing, and ensuring smooth delivery across all client work. You'll be the operational heartbeat of our agency, working closely with strategists, creatives, and account leads to keep projects on track and teams unblocked. You’ll ensure deadlines are met, resources are aligned, and clients receive what they were promised — on time and to spec.

This is not a technical project manager role — it's a hybrid of operations, coordination, and execution planning tailored for a high-output digital agency.

• Lead weekly sprint planning sessions and maintain our delivery board (ClickUp, Trello, or Notion)
• Translate briefs and scopes into clear tasks with deadlines and owners
• Track progress across SEO, PPC, web, and creative workstreams
• Flag resourcing gaps, delays, or risks to relevant leads and directors
• Coordinate with QA to ensure deliverables meet internal standards
• Drive internal accountability — following up with team members where needed
• Continuously improve our workflows and processes for clarity and efficiency
• Ensure communication between strategy leads and CSMs is tight and timely

• 3+ years in a delivery, operations, or digital project management role (agency experience preferred)
• Strong familiarity with agile or sprint-based workflows
• Highly organised with strong task management habits
• Excellent communicator — proactive, assertive, and solutions-focused
• Ability to juggle multiple moving parts across clients and teams
• Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Notion)

• Experience working with SEO, PPC, or Web Development teams
• Understanding of how digital agencies manage retainers vs projects
• Familiarity with QA checklists or delivery quality standards
