Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Manager, located in Chennai. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily delivery operations, managing a team of delivery personnel, optimizing delivery routes, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role involves liaising with customers and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and addressing any operational challenges promptly. The Delivery Manager will also be responsible for analyzing delivery metrics and continuously improving the delivery process.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Program Management experience
• Excellent Communication and Team Management skills
• Background in Consulting is advantageous
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle operational challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
