Manage and grow key enterprise accounts, handling escalations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.Drive large-scale Business and Technology Transformation programs, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable outcomes.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment on customer goals and deliverables.Demonstrate a hands-on leadership approach managing multiple projects, leading teams, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.Leverage industry networks to create business opportunities and support Sitcon’s growth ambitions.(Optional Future Scope) Candidates with the right seniority and proven leadership capabilities may be considered for the Sitcon India COO role in the future.Knowledge of SAP migration or implementation programs will be a strong advantage.
