What Youll Do:

Who We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities:

Manage delivery of AI-generated visuals end-to-end, ensuring timelines and quality

standards are met.

Oversee editors, generators, and QC teams; allocate tasks and track progress.
Coordinate with customer success and creative teams to align on briefs, schedules, and

client expectations.

Establish and maintain delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
Step in to support generation/editing if timelines require.
Proactively flag risks or bottlenecks, and course-correct quickly to meet commitments.
Report on delivery performance and continuously improve processes.

Skills & Experience:

3–5 years of experience in delivery/project management, ideally in creative, design, or

content teams.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Prior experience leading small to mid-sized teams.
Comfort with fast-paced, high-volume creative workflows.
Hands-on mindset — willing to step in and help get the work done.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus If You Also Have:

Exposure to AI content generation tools and workflows.
Experience working directly with clients in delivery-heavy roles.
Prior background in fashion, design, or media production.
