Job Title: Delivery Head (Senior Associate) - AI Visual Content Generations Location: Bengaluru, Koramangala (Work From Office) Company Overview: Galleri5 (G5) is part of Collective Artists Network and is redefining how brands create and scalecontent using AI. We work with some of Indias biggest brands to generate stunning AI-poweredvisuals, from product catalog images to campaign videos, using cutting-edge tools in image andvideo generation. What Youll Do: You’ll lead the delivery of AI-generated images and videos, managing editors, generators, and QCspecialists to ensure outputs are on-time, accurate, and client-ready. This is a hands-on role whereyou’ll balance process rigor with creative flexibility: setting timelines, managing workloads, aligningwith client expectations, and stepping in to generate or edit content when needed. You’ll workclosely with customer success and creative teams to make sure every project is delivered withquality and reliability. Who We’re Looking For A strong executor with 3–5 years of experience in delivery/project management within creative,design, or content teams. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to managepeople and processes, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on to make sure deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities: Manage delivery of AI-generated visuals end-to-end, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Oversee editors, generators, and QC teams; allocate tasks and track progress. Coordinate with customer success and creative teams to align on briefs, schedules, and client expectations. Establish and maintain delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and accountability. Step in to support generation/editing if timelines require. Proactively flag risks or bottlenecks, and course-correct quickly to meet commitments. Report on delivery performance and continuously improve processes. Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of experience in delivery/project management, ideally in creative, design, or content teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Prior experience leading small to mid-sized teams. Comfort with fast-paced, high-volume creative workflows. Hands-on mindset — willing to step in and help get the work done. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bonus If You Also Have: Exposure to AI content generation tools and workflows. Experience working directly with clients in delivery-heavy roles. Prior background in fashion, design, or media production.
