Position Summary

Leading the Life insurance Practice

• Driving business growth through spearheading deliveries of projects and turnover for THE COMPANY’s Life insurance vertical
• Own the company’s life insurance targets and ensure deliverables are optimised. This is a P&L responsibilty
• Meet timelines and ensure customer satisfaction
• Accuracy in estimating the size of the project and defining deliverabl

Skills / Experience

Mandatory : Exposure to Automation Testing/Testing CoE

• Desirable to have worked on

  Life Asia, Elixir, HP, Graph Talk and Ingenium

• 20 years in the Insurance industry specifically, from the software testing vendor side
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Should have had adequate experience into pre-sales support, RFP Presentation, Project initiation and monitoring
• Effective resource Manager- optimal utilisation of human capital so as to ensure that they are effectively deployed and continuously trained- would include recruitment, bench, account management and delivery
• Should have a keen eye for cost control
• Ability to delegate and get the work done from teams
• Should be ready for travel to client sites for kickstarting and troubleshooting projects
