Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging and Dispatch

Assist in order packaging and ensure proper handling before dispatch
Coordinate with food aggregators and their delivery partners for smooth pick-up

Direct Delivery Execution

Deliver food orders directly to customers using your own two-wheeler
Ensure timely and safe delivery using knowledge of local routes

Hygiene and Grooming Standards

Maintain personal hygiene: clean-shaven, no beard, trimmed nails, clean uniform
Follow company SOPs related to hygiene and food safety

Customer Interaction

Represent the brand positively with polite and professional behavior
Ensure a seamless delivery experience at every customer touchpoint

Requirements:

Minimum education: High School (10th pass)
Must own a two-wheeler with a
valid driving license
Good knowledge of local routes and areas
Physically fit, dependable, punctual, and well-groomed
Open to working in
break shifts
Prior experience in food delivery or kitchen dispatch is a
plus
