Delivery Driver

You are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Staff member to join the team in the pet industry. Your role will involve ensuring timely, safe, and accurate delivery of pet products to customers, veterinary clinics, pet stores, and other businesses. It is essential to have excellent time management skills, handle live or sensitive pet supplies with care, and a passion for customer satisfaction. - Safely load, transport, and deliver pet products such as food, accessories, grooming tools, and medications to customers and business partners. - Handle deliveries containing fragile or temperature-sensitive items. - Provide excellent customer service during each delivery interaction. - Maintain delivery logs, obtain proper signatures, and documentation. - Regularly inspect the delivery vehicle and report any issues to the supervisor. - Efficiently follow assigned delivery routes and time schedules. - Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, especially when handling animal-related items. - Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams. - Assist in warehouse operations during non-driving hours, including inventory organization and product packaging. Qualifications & Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred (experience in the pet or retail industry is a plus). - Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. - Comfortable handling pet-related products and supplies. - Strong communication and time management skills. - Friendly, responsible, and customer-focused attitude. - Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required. The work environment will be a combination of warehouse, delivery vehicle, and client locations. It may involve exposure to pets or pet allergens, with potential for lifting, standing, or driving for extended periods. This is a full-time job with a rotational shift schedule and a performance bonus. The preferred language is Hindi. The work location is in person.,
