About the Company: Choudhary Masala Udyog is a trusted name in the production and distribution of high-quality spices. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to join our logistics team and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and distributors. Key Responsibilities: Drive Tata Magic Ultra Van and occasionally the owner’s personal vehicle for deliveries. Ensure safe and timely delivery of products to retail shops, distributors, and business partners. Load and unload goods at the factory and delivery locations. Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and ensure proper documentation of each delivery. Handle goods with care and ensure quality is maintained during transit. Coordinate with the factory team and sales executives for delivery schedules. Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle. Requirements: Valid commercial driving license (LMV or equivalent) . Minimum 1-2 years of driving experience , preferably in goods delivery. Familiarity with local routes in Bihar , especially around the factory area and major market zones. Basic understanding of Hindi (speaking & reading); knowledge of English is a plus. Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy. Physically fit and capable of lifting lightweight to medium-weight packages. Experience in FMCG or similar delivery work is a plus. Performance-based incentives. कंपनी के बारे में: चौधरी मसाला उद्योग एक तेजी से बढ़ती हुई मसाला निर्माण कंपनी है, जो उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले मसालों के निर्माण और वितरण में कार्यरत है। हमारी टीम में एक भरोसेमंद और जिम्मेदार डिलीवरी ड्राइवर की आवश्यकता है, जो समय पर ग्राहकों और वितरकों तक सामान पहुंचा सके। मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां: टाटा मैजिक अल्ट्रा वैन और समय-समय पर मालिक का निजी वाहन चलाकर माल की डिलीवरी करना। उत्पादों को दुकानों, वितरकों और ग्राहकों तक सुरक्षित और समय पर पहुंचाना। फैक्ट्री और डिलीवरी स्थानों पर सामान को लोड और अनलोड करना। डिलीवरी से संबंधित बिल, रसीदें और आवश्यक दस्तावेज संभालना। सामान की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखते हुए सावधानीपूर्वक डिलीवरी करना। फैक्ट्री टीम और सेल्स एक्जीक्यूटिव के साथ मिलकर डिलीवरी का समन्वय करना। वाहन की सामान्य देखभाल और सफाई सुनिश्चित करना और किसी भी खराबी की रिपोर्ट करना। योग्यता: वैध हल्के वाणिज्यिक वाहन (LMV) का ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना आवश्यक। न्यूनतम 1-2 साल का ड्राइविंग अनुभव , विशेषकर डिलीवरी कार्य में। बिहार के स्थानीय मार्गों की अच्छी जानकारी होनी चाहिए। हिंदी बोलने और पढ़ने में दक्षता आवश्यक; अंग्रेज़ी का सामान्य ज्ञान हो तो बेहतर। समय के पाबंद, ईमानदार और जिम्मेदार होना चाहिए। शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ और मध्यम वजन के पैकेट उठाने में सक्षम होना चाहिए। FMCG सेक्टर या समान क्षेत्र में अनुभव को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। वेतन और सुविधाएं: अनुभव के अनुसार प्रतिस्पर्धी वेतन। प्रदर्शन आधारित बोनस और अन्य प्रोत्साहन। Job Types: फ़ुल-टाइम, स्थायी Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month Benefits: खाने की पेमेंट Work Location: Remote Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
