ITI Technician & Floor Manager

About the Role:

We are hiring a multi-skilled ITI-certified Technician Cum Floor Manager to oversee both technical operations and day-to-day arcade management. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is technically sound, proactive, and capable of managing a team, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth functioning of the arcade.

Key Responsibilities:Technical (60% Role):

• Setup, maintenance, and repair of gaming machines and electronics
• Regular inspection of electrical wiring, lighting (RGB LED strips), UPS, AC, and automation systems.
• Troubleshooting arcade machine faults, replacing parts when needed
• Coordinating with vendors for machine servicing or parts procurement

Managerial (40% Role):

• Daily operations management of the arcade
• Supervising support staff (cleaning, helpers, counters)
• Cash handling, customer service, and ticketing supervision
• Maintaining inventory and equipment logs
• Coordinating shift schedules and ensuring discipline

Eligibility Criteria:

• ITI Certification in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Trade
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred (Freshers with strong technical skills may apply)
• Basic knowledge of smart automation (added advantage)
• Experience in gaming, electronics repair, or hospitality is a plus
• Comfortable with customer handling and multitasking
