Customer Attentant

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Game Zone Attendant / Arcade Operator to join our team! You will be the face of our gaming arcade, ensuring customers have a safe, fun, and memorable experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with game operations, game cards/tokens, and general inquiries.
• Guide guests on how to play games and use machines.
• Monitor arcade machines for any errors, perform basic troubleshooting, and report malfunctions to the technician/manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized gaming area, including wiping down machines and resetting games when needed.
• Ensure all guests follow safety rules and arcade guidelines.
• Support birthday parties, events, or group bookings when required.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum: 10th or 12th pass
• Preferred: ITI or Technical Diploma
• Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical devices is a plus
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
