Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Boy

Department: Logistics / Dispatch

Location: Sarona, Raipur
Salary : 9500 + PF/ESIC

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Delivery Boy to handle product dispatch, loading/unloading, and timely delivery to customers. The candidate should ensure accurate order handling, safe transport, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle dispatch operations including checking, sorting, and preparing goods for delivery.
Load and unload goods safely from the warehouse and delivery vehicle.
Ensure all parcels are properly packed, labeled, and accounted for before dispatch.
Deliver products to customers as per schedule and assigned routes.
Collect payments and verify delivery receipts when required.
Maintain delivery records, including delivery time, customer details, and cash collected.
Report any delivery issues, damages, or delays to the supervisor immediately.
Follow company safety procedures and traffic rules at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for daily delivery planning.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent.
Own vehicle preferred (if not company-provided).
Good knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.
Physically fit to handle loading and unloading work.
Basic communication and record-keeping skills.
Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or delivery (FMCG / e-commerce / courier) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,500.00 per month
