Company: Owsho Market Place Private Limited Location: Area-wise (as per assigned delivery zone) Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Owsho is expanding its delivery network and is looking for dedicated Delivery Boys / Field Executives to manage deliveries across assigned areas. The selected candidates will be responsible for compulsorily accepting and delivering all Owsho orders without rejection. During free hours, delivery partners are allowed to fulfill orders from other companies operating in the same area. This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work hours, area-based operations, and consistent earning opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform timely pickup and delivery within the assigned area. All Owsho orders must be accepted and delivered — rejection is not allowed. Handle delivery for other partner companies when Owsho orders are not available. Update order status regularly through the delivery application. Maintain professional and polite communication with customers. Safely manage cash-on-delivery (COD) payments, if applicable. Ensure vehicle maintenance and follow all road safety norms. Eligibility & Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass. Own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) is mandatory. Valid driving licence is compulsory. Must own an Android smartphone (for the delivery app). Good knowledge of local areas and navigation routes. Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented attitude. Required documents for verification: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, and Bank Account details. Working Type:Full-time / Part-time (Area-wise flexibility available). Working hours as per delivery slot (Morning / Evening shifts available). Salary & Benefits:Fixed monthly salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (depending on performance and location).
