Job TitleDelivery Boy / Delivery Executive Location Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh Employment TypeFull Time / Part Time / Shift basis (specify as per your needs) Salary₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month (fixed + incentives & bonuses) Key ResponsibilitiesPick up orders from Blinkit hubs / stores and deliver them to customers in the assigned area, ensuring timely delivery. Ensure products are handled carefully to avoid damage during transit. Use route optimization / navigation apps to choose efficient routes. Adhere to traffic rules and company safety protocols. Process cash-on-delivery orders if applicable. Collect payments and issue receipts. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of vehicle (bike/scooter) if used. Report any delivery issues (incorrect address, customer not available, etc.) to the supervisor promptly. Maintain delivery records, logs, and delivery completion reports. Provide courteous, friendly customer service. Resolve minor customer queries on the spot or escalate. Meet or exceed daily / weekly delivery targets (number of orders, delivery times etc.). Requirements & QualificationsMinimum educational qualification: Class 10 or equivalent (or as per company policy). Valid driving license (for two-wheeler) if delivery by bike/scooter; or ability to deliver by cycle if that is acceptable. Own vehicle could be required, depending on the area of operation. Must have a smartphone (Android / iOS) and be able to use navigation/GPS/maps. Good knowledge of the local area in Ghaziabad (streets, localities, shortcuts etc.). Punctual, honest, reliable, with good communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet delivery deadlines.
