Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and energetic Delivery Boy (Biker) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods or food items to customers within the specified time frame, ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:Delivery of Items: Deliver food or products to customers in a timely and efficient manner, following the designated route and safety protocols. Route Planning: Use navigation tools and maps to plan the most efficient delivery routes. Customer Service: Provide a friendly and professional customer experience during each delivery. Ensure that customers receive their orders in good condition. Safety Standards: Adhere to traffic rules, road safety guidelines, and company-specific safety protocols during the ride. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer details, delivery time, and product condition. Report any issues or delays to the supervisor promptly. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and regularly serviced. Report any issues related to the vehicle promptly. Inventory Management: Check the items for delivery before setting out and confirm with customers that all items are received correctly.
