Key Responsibilities:Delivery of Items: Deliver food or products to customers in a timely and efficient manner, following the designated route and safety protocols. Route Planning: Use navigation tools and maps to plan the most efficient delivery routes. Customer Service: Provide a friendly and professional customer experience during each delivery. Ensure that customers receive their orders in good condition. Safety Standards: Adhere to traffic rules, road safety guidelines, and company-specific safety protocols during the ride. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer details, delivery time, and product condition. Report any issues or delays to the supervisor promptly. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and regularly serviced. Report any issues related to the vehicle promptly. Inventory Management: Check the items for delivery before setting out and confirm with customers that all items are received correctly.
