Job Description – Delivery Boy / Delivery AssociateJob Title: Delivery Boy / Delivery Executive Location: jaipur Department: Operations / Last-Mile Delivery Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract Role OverviewThe Delivery Boy is responsible for picking up and delivering food, groceries, or parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires good navigation skills, time management, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities1. Pickup & DeliveryPick up orders from restaurants, stores, or warehouses. Deliver items to customers accurately and on time. Ensure safe handling of food and packages. 2. Customer ServiceCommunicate politely and professionally with customers. Validate order details and ensure correct delivery. Resolve basic delivery-related issues on the spot. 3. Navigation & ComplianceFollow assigned routes and use mobile apps for navigation. Adhere to traffic rules and maintain road safety. Follow company delivery protocols and guidelines. 4. Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of deliveries completed. Collect payments when required (COD orders). Report daily activity, delays, or issues to the team lead. RequirementsMinimum 10th pass (preferred). Own a bike/scooter with valid Driving License (DL). Valid RC, insurance, and pollution certificate (PUC). Smartphone with internet. Good knowledge of local routes and areas. Physically fit and able to ride for long hours.
