🤔 What can I expect from this role?

Posha is one of the rare startups building cutting-edge deep tech consumer robotic products from India for the world. Our product sits at the intersection of AI, Software, Food and Design.

Posha is building autonomous cooking from ground up and you will play a major role in it.

🔧 What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha?

In this role - you would:

• Solve real-world perception problems for cooking using deep learning (e.g., regression, segmentation, classification, object detection)
• Train, evaluate, and production-ize transformer-based vision models to identify type/shape/size of ingredient, track visual changes in color, texture of food as it cooks.
• Own the end-end pipeline for ML capabilities – idea to dataset collection to building prototype to production.
• If you’re familiar with language models, you'll also have opportunities to work on fine-tuning LLMs on our use-cases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) customizing recipes in real-time

😍 What makes you a match for us?

• Graduates from IITs/ NITs/IISC with 1-3 years of industry experience
• Solid in math and ML fundamentals — not just using pre-trained models or scikit-learn.
• Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced, high-ownership startup setup
• Always curious, always building, and not afraid to experiment
• Strong fundamentals in Deep Learning — CNNs, RNNs, transformers, optimisation, generalisation, etc.
• Experience working with PyTorch to train and debug deep models.
