Posha is one of the rare startups building cutting-edge deep tech consumer robotic products from India for the world. We’ve gone from 0 to $2M in pre-orders in the US and we are now growing towards our next goal of $10M. You would be working in the trenches with the founders for this role - building the Posha community from scratch as well as establishing partnerships for branch visibility and reach. 🔧What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha? In this role - you would: Build & Nurture a Posha User Community a. There exists no Posha community as of today. You would create one from scratch. Define an anchor (tech enthusiasts/busy parents/insta-savy cooks?) Seed the community b. Engage and nurture Tell the story of Posha users - dive deep into how they are using the product and impact. c. Leverage community for growth & brand visibility Double down on customer advocacy Organize community events / meetups as a tool to have new people experience the product. Partnerships a. With the objective of driving growth & brand visibility - establish partnerships or collaborations with MasterChefs, Tech Reviewers, Influencers, Newsletters, Media Publications. b. This would involve managing everything from pitching, onboarding, managing user experience for each of them 😍What makes you a match for us? Working at Posha is hard & tough.
