Community & Partnerships Manager

As part of the team in Pune at Fitpage, you will play a critical role in managing operations and coaching activities for the Bajaj Allianz Pune Marathon (BAPM) while fostering a vibrant local running community. **Key Responsibilities:** - **On-ground Operations:** Support the end-to-end execution of BAPM. - **Training & Coaching:** Conduct practical running sessions and training plans for amateur and intermediate runners. - **Community Development:** Drive engagement by building and nurturing strong relationships with local run clubs, athletes, and fitness communities. - **Participant Management:** Assist in onboarding, motivating, and guiding participants throughout the marathon journey. - **Event Support:** Provide on-field assistance during training runs, expos, and race day execution. - **Feedback & Insights:** Collect feedback from runners to enhance training programs and events. You are: - A passionate runner with personal long-distance running experience. - Ideally possess prior coaching experience or certifications. - Energetic, proactive, and presentable with a natural flair for community building.
