About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and Node.js to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting high-quality, scalable, and user-centric applications with a keen eye for design and system architecture. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, and will play a key role in building performant, maintainable, and scalable systems. Key Responsibilities Design and build scalable, maintainable, and secure systems. Write structured, reusable, and maintainable code and APIs. Collaborate with team lead and other developers to define and implement new features. Contribute to technical architecture and system design decisions. Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality. Optimize performance and scalability across front-end and back-end services. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in full-stack development. Required Skills And Qualifications 4+ years of experience building full-stack web applications using React.js and Node.js. Excellent Problem Solving skills. Strong design sense and experience collaborating with UI/UX teams to build intuitive user interfaces. Proficient with modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs). Hands-on experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Agile methodologies, and Git-based workflows.
