As a Business Solutions Integration Analyst at Accenture, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. You will also help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for tomorrow with a positive impact on the business, society, and the planet. Here are some key initiatives you will be involved in: - Delivering sourcing and procurement engagements in strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, procurement transformation, and intelligent procurement across industries and geographies. - Supporting implementation of procurement solutions, including requirements gathering, technical design definition, test scenario definition, and managing multiple stakeholders. - Participating in supply chain sourcing & procurement business process and requirement discussions with clients. - Providing estimates to project managers of complex work and resource requirements and designing test scripts for configuration testing. - Identifying apt S2P KPIs/metrics to develop baseline and track value post implementations. - Participating in customer liaison activities to ensure project success. - Supporting business development activities such as responding to proposal requests, conducting roadshows/demos, and staffing management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Relevant experience in the required domain. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Good understanding of sourcing and procurement fundamentals coupled with consulting and industry experience. - Hands-on experience with digital sourcing and procurement solutions such as Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, Jaggaer, GEP, etc. - Experience in a consulting firm and global exposure is desirable. - Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle would be an additional advantage.
