Job Description

Debt Recovery Field Agent

backed by a strong in-house legal team

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to customer premises for debt recovery follow-ups, acknowledgments, document collection, and payment coordination
Engage professionally with customers to secure commitments, support settlements or installment adherence, and explain next steps backed by legal documentation
Submit timely visit reports with geo-tagged photographs, notes, and outcomes as per defined process
Coordinate closely with tele-collections, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth case progression and closure
Adhere strictly to legal, ethical, and company-defined recovery practices while maintaining discipline and professionalism

Candidate Requirements

Experience in field debt recovery, collections, or enforcement-related roles
Assertive, disciplined, and professional
approach; non-aggressive communication is mandatory
Willingness to travel locally and manage daily visit targets independently
DRA certification preferred
Ex-military or ex-police force background is a strong advantage
