Debt Collection Officer

As a Collection Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of collection specialists, setting direction, monitoring performance, and achieving collection targets. You will oversee the team's day-to-day activities, provide guidance and training, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
