As the Dean of D. Y. Patil University School of Medicine at Ambi, Talegaon, your primary responsibility will be to lead the academic, administrative, and strategic functions of the School of Medicine. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines and maintaining high standards in medical education. Your key responsibilities include: - Overseeing medical teaching programs, curriculum development, and student training. - Managing faculty recruitment, development, and performance. - Promoting clinical excellence and fostering a culture of research. - Building collaborations with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and research bodies. - Representing the institution in academic, regulatory, and public forums. To be considered for this position, you should be a recognized Professor in any medical specialty with a minimum of 10 years of experience as per NMC norms. You should have proven leadership and administrative experience in a medical college, a strong academic background with research and publications, and excellent communication, management, and decision-making skills.
