Academic Dean

• Lead academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty performance

  through strategic outreach and partnerships
• Oversee

  accreditation processes

  and ensure institutional compliance
• Collaborate on marketing strategies to increase visibility and enrollment
• Maintain high academic standards and student success outcomes
• Represent the institution in academic forums and external engagements

• Doctorate or Master’s in STEM or related field (Ph.D. preferred)

• Proven experience in student recruitment, outreach, and academic leadership

• Strong background in

  accreditation and quality assurance

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Experience working in the UAE or similar education markets is a plus
