Dealer Sales Executive (Agri/Pesticides Industry)

We are seeking a Dealer Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in managing dealers, distributors, and channel partners, particularly in the agriculture, pesticides, or related industries. The successful candidate will be tasked with nurturing and growing relationships with dealers, expanding market presence, and meeting sales objectives. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers, discovering new business prospects to enhance the dealer network, marketing and selling agricultural/pesticide products to dealers, achieving sales goals, and boosting revenue. Additionally, regular market research to monitor competitor activities and industry trends, providing product training and assistance to dealers, and addressing dealer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction are part of the role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in dealer management and sales, with a preference for experience in the agriculture, pesticides, or related sectors. Strong communication and negotiation abilities, the capacity to establish and sustain long-term dealer relationships, self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and a willingness to travel as required by business needs are essential qualities for this position.
