We are seeking a Dealer Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in managing dealers, distributors, and channel partners, particularly in the agriculture, pesticides, or related industries. As a valuable member of our team, you will be tasked with establishing and nurturing relationships with dealers, expanding market presence, and meeting sales objectives. Your key responsibilities will include fostering and overseeing connections with dealers, distributors, and retailers, identifying new business prospects to grow the dealer network, and promoting and selling agricultural/pesticide products to dealers. Achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, conducting regular market research to monitor competitor activities and industry trends, providing product training and assistance to dealers, and addressing any dealer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction will be vital parts of your role. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in dealer management and sales, with a preference for backgrounds in agriculture, pesticides, or related fields. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to develop and sustain long-term relationships with dealers. A self-motivated, target-driven attitude and willingness to travel based on business needs are also crucial for success in this position.
