Deal Desk Support Specialist

As a Deal Desk Support Specialist, your primary role will be to provide support to Sales and deal teams in their daily operations. You will leverage your understanding of company offerings, processes, and policies to assist in balancing and prioritizing multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying nonstandard deal components, guiding Sales on correct data usage, raising non-standard business model concerns, process review, and fostering sales representatives" efficiency in minimizing tasks. Minimum qualifications for this role include an associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or sales/deal support. Effective interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in various applications such as MS Office, MS Excel, Salesforce.com, and MS Teams. The ability to work independently, multitask, think creatively, and solve problems is crucial. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and be dedicated to providing exceptional service with a customer-centric approach.
