Description Primary Skill:Windows Server Secondary skill:AD Windows Server (NT Server, 2000, 2003,2008,2012,2016) - Build and Administration Windows Server (NT Server, 2000, 2003,2008,2012,2016) - Build and Administration** Troubleshoot Hardware and Operating system related issues. Windows Server and Print Environment Knowledge. Build new environment. Windows 2003/2008,2012 AD, DNS and DHCP knowledge required Troubleshoot and resolve general server related issues with root cause analysis. Install various middleware software products based on client requests. Communicate issue status to customers in accordance with defined SLAs Provide timely follow-up to user questions according to established SLA's Ensure adherence to best practice security controls and audits. Incident resolution, user generated and auto generated. Problem solving Capability in IBM,HP and Dell Hardware. Windows Tivoli Backup, Storage (RAID, SAN, NAS, Disks) Windows Clustering, Windows Deployment (RIS, WDS) Virtual PC, Virtual Server, Hyper-V Troubleshooting Blue Screens and Windows registry.
