Job Description

Looking for a skilled DC Engineer Specialist to join our team at Hexaware Technologies Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in data center operations and management.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and manage data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network systems.
Ensure high availability and reliability of data center services, with minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation of data center architecture, policies, and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data center operations.
Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of data center design principles, including power distribution units (PDUs), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and air conditioning units.
Experience with data center management tools, such as EMC vRealize Automation or similar platforms.
Knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
