Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of software applications and systems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project specifications and requirements.- Mentor and guide development team members in coding standards, design patterns, and tools.- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovations.- Manage project timelines and assist in resource allocation.- Ensure timely delivery of technical documentation and project deliverables.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Proven experience in software development and architecture.- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.- Familiarity with web technologies and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js).- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).- Understanding of cloud services and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery.- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
