Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Architect with over 10 years of experience in database architecture and design, specifically with expertise in Mongo DB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing database solutions, as well as a deep understanding of data modeling and optimization. Key responsibilities for this role include:
- MongoDB Strategy and Design: Defining MongoDB strategy, designing the architecture (data models, sharding, replication, indexing), evaluating tools and technologies, and providing expert guidance on architecture patterns and optimization. - Implementation & Management: Deploying and managing MongoDB instances, implementing data governance, designing and maintaining secure APIs, optimizing read/write operations, and implementing backup, recovery, and security measures. - Performance & Optimization: Analyzing performance, identifying bottlenecks, implementing solutions, monitoring clusters, and staying updated on best practices. - Mentorship & Collaboration: Acting as a technical advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring team members, and communicating complex concepts effectively.
